Had very nice stay for a long time, the staff were exceptional, location was marvellous and close to the motorway.

I thoroughly enjoyed location and staff, they were very good.

It was exceptionally clean, I would stay here again. The restaurant was great and food was simple.

Modern, clean place, worth its 4 stars.

We had superior queen room with such a comfy bed, bath, an exceptional view. An electric kettle and refrigerator were provided.

All in all everything was nice, had a good stay for such a long time. The full English breakfast was delicious with a great selection of food.

We where there for 1 day, everything was amazing, enjoyed its fab location near a mall. Stylish signature room, the service was good.

The location is unbelievable, and the staff is absolutely perfect. It's incredible with fine beds and cute views. Free breakfast, exceptional service. A nice touch is also the free soft beverages in the bistro bar.

Beds were spacious and the breakfast was good hot. They made my stay excellent. Optimal location, short walk from Lg Arena. The restaurant was small, and staff extremely helpful. Designer place with impeccable service too. Parking was nearby and I paid extra gbp 15 per day to park my car.

The location and staff was what makes that place perfect. And it also had incredible view. Easy check-in, late check-out. Furthermore, free WiFi provided throughout the property was appreciated. We loved that there was a stunning restaurant on site...

The location was comfortable, the public spaces were very clean and the staff was HELPFUL. Perfect place for shopping. Bar was perfect for breakfast. Got signature twin room as expected, enjoyed it.

Breakfast was TASTY with a huge variety options. Hotel had comfy beds. Our venue was located near tourist attractions like the national motorcycle museum. Location of the hotel was 10 minutes on foot from birmingham international railroad station.
